As we begin the new year, we thought we should say a little hello to our customers new and old, and share a glimpse of life at our decorative glassware studio. We hope you enjoy this insight into the little team and studio that makes us the independent glass brand you love. From dungaree wearing to tea drinking, glassware etching to splashback finishing, come and step inside our glassware studio!

The Decorative Glassware Studio

Did you know that all our decorative glassware is designed, decorated and hand finished in house? Every design emerges from one of Emma’s paintings, the starting point for a pattern for glass. Each piece of glassware is then individually decorated and hand finished by ourselves. 

Emma produces her signature floral glass splashbacks in the glassware studio too, as well as working alongside UK glass industry experts. 

The Team

As a small team we like to add a personal touch to everything we do. Whether it’s a personal design consultation to telephone conversations for help choosing the perfect present. We are always on hand to help. And it just goes to show – Emma has won a Best of Service Houzz award 8 years in a row owing to her outstanding customer service. 

The Collections

Besides the signature glassware collections, including Silver Birch and Exotic Floral, Emma has created many exclusive decorative glassware designs for prestigious clients across the UK. Commissions include glassware ranges for the RHS, Kew Gardens and The Hepworth Wakefield. All of which Emma launched collections for in 2023. Stay tuned for even more exciting projects coming this year.
