Sparkling to Toast
An excellent aperitif, Greenfields NV (£25) is great for toasts before and after a meal, ideal for Christmas Eve celebrations and with festive feasts. Made with the 3 traditional sparkling grape varieties in the traditional ‘champagne’ style method.

Wine for Christmas Dinner
Pinot Gris 2022(£24.50) or Bacchus 2022 (£16.95) pair fantastically with a tender white meat like turkey. Both of these wines are from Denbies premium varietal range.
Pinot Gris 2022 has a hint of rose gold in the glass. This Pinot Gris from 2022 is made only in the best of years! A hint of vanilla on the nose is succeeded by a palate of nectarines and almonds, culminating in a rich minerally finish. Delicious!

Bacchus 2022 on the nose is crowded with freshly cut grass and a hint of wild flowers. The floral theme continues onto the palate and culminates with a delicate impression of white currants. Cold fermented in Stainless Steel vats, with a small portion barrel fermented and aged.
